Azurite blue tea cup
This blue cup was made by myself and lovingly painted by my friend M to a blue on blue that is just stunning.
Sandy Turtle 2 glass set
Tumbler and rocks glass painted green with white speckle over off white with brown speckles.
Mossy Shores tea cup
This little cup was painted by M and was thrown by myself. The off white speckled with green and bron perfectly compliments the turquoise outer glazing.
Pistachio tea cup
This piece is inspired by my time in Tokyo. The brown inside speckled with blue and green is truly one of my favorite and paired with the flowing green on the outside make this one of my personal favorites.
Tri-Footed Peacock Mug
This adorable little mug is off white with brown speckles inside and followed on the outside by a peacock speckle and then an oak brown stripe. This mug was thrown by myself, painted by Silas Barry and is signed by him.
Jude Arthen (he/him) is an interdisciplinary artist based near Bozeman, Montana, and living and on a hay farm. His practice spans illustration, graphic design, and functional ceramics.
In addition to his studio work, he teaches beginner wheel-throwing and works at a local pottery studio. His broader creative practice extends into performance as a drag king, where he produces and performs live musical acts.
